Christmas Coaster Pattern Instructions:
Color 1 = 12 Buttercup (yellow)
Color 2 = 82 Burnt Sienna (red)
Color 3 = 40 Sage (green)
Color 4 = 24 Ivory
- Color 1 (yellow): ch 4; sl-st into the first ch to form a loop
- ch 1
- Round 1 – 11 sc into the center of the loop [12]; sl-st into first st
- Cut yarn and tie off
- Color 2 (red): ch 4 into any stitch
- Round 2 – 2 tc into the same st as the ch 4; 3 tc into each of the next 11 stitches around [36]; st-st to join to first st
- Cut yarn and tie off
- Using 5mm hook and Color 3 (green): Ch 2 in space between the 3 tc clusters
- Round 3 – 2 dc into same ch-sp as the ch 2; *ch 1, skip 3 stitches; 3 dc into the space between the next 3 tc cluster*; repeat between * * 10 times; ch 1 [12 clusters and spaces]; sl-st to join
- Cut yarn and tie off
- Using 5mm hook and Color 4 (ivory): Ch 2 in a ch-sp between the clusters
- Round 4 – {2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc} into same ch-sp; *3 dc into the next ch-sp; {3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc} into next ch-sp*; repeat between * * 5 times; 3 dc into last ch-sp; sl-st to join back to first cluster
- Cut yarn and tie off
